Communication strategies and tactics to identify, motivate and nurture planned giving prospects and donors.

About this Event

Major gift officers. Planned giving specialists. Financial planners and advisors. Legal counsel. We all have different roles in the planned giving landscape. But there are some communication strategies and tactics we can all use to our advantage when it comes to identifying, motivating and nurturing planned giving prospects and donors.

This session with the leadership team from M&C is filled with ideas for inspiring planned gifts among your annual donor file and client base…and discovering what is most meaningful to them about the decision to make planned giving arrangements in their final plans.

We’ll discuss:

• The use of stories to inspire and reinforce planned giving

• Interviewing planned giving donors

• Loyalty programs and the donor journey

• Capitalizing on donor and client preference

• The benefits of an integrated communications plan
