Remembering Charity through Lifetime or Estate Giving

MACGP encourages dialogue among donors, professional advisors, and charity representatives  to plan lifetime gifts that are outright or deferred through life income plans.  In addition, careful consideration should be given to including charitable organizations in estate planning.   Making charitable plans in a will  or other estate plan will help ensure the continued existence of those charities.   A charitable estate plan allows individuals to preserve and pass on values and be remembered for a legacy of giving and caring.
